A recruiter reached out and set up an interview for later that week. Before the interview, I had to complete several online assessments and a paper version of the Wonderlic test. I ended up waiting in the office longer than the interview itself. I emailed the recruiter and interviewer after, but never heard back. The job was re-posted the next week. They also had me sign a background check form during the first interview, which I felt was not appropriate. After reading reviews, I'm not sure I would want to work there anyway.
Judith and Scott, who were great, guided me through our unique and thorough interview process. It started with a recruiter chat, then a personality test, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager. Next, I took the Wunderlic test to see how I handle pressure. Finally, there was a panel interview with three of my potential coworkers. I also chatted with other people at the company before deciding, and they were all very open about what's going well and what could be better. It's a growing company with lots of smart, passionate people, and they do a good job with interviews to keep that going.
First, I had to complete some easy online tests. Then, when I got to the office, I had to take another test, which was pretty much the same as the online ones, very basic. The hiring manager was super chill and easy to talk to.
