Had a standard hr screening call with 3 people on the line. They were all very friendly and receptive. One person had a noticeable accent and it was sometimes difficult to understand them, so I had to ask them to repeat themselves a few times.
My overall experience was great, although I was ghosted after the final round. It began with a recruiter phone screen where we talked about job expectations, my interest in the role, and a "tell me about yourself" segment. Next, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager and an Analyst from the team, which was mostly behavioral questions. The last round was with a VP and included questions about why asset management and why Nashville.
Had a couple of phone calls to talk about the role and what they're looking for. They presented a really good incentive package. After that, I got a lot of stuff to read through and was encouraged to really dig into the company and the job.
