Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewer asks questions and the candidate responds, usually by giving information. This information might be used or shared with others right away or later. High-yield bonds (also called junk bonds) are bonds that pay higher interest rates because they have lower credit ratings than investment-grade bonds. High-yield bonds are more likely to default, so they pay a higher yield than investment-grade bonds to compensate investors.

It was a really long process, with 8 interviews total. Each one was about 30 minutes, and honestly, they all felt pretty much the same, just talking with different department heads. It all stretched out over about 6 weeks.

It was a standard interview process with a few rounds. I first chatted with the hiring manager, then talked to a team member, and finally met with the manager of the team I'd be joining.
