The interview process is more of a cultural fit than anything else, but be ready to talk about how you work with a team and solve problems. They want to see if you're a team player and open to coaching.

Met with the hiring manager and senior administrative assistant. Very nice office, professional and the questions were fair and typical of most interviews. Should be dressed in a suit and come prepared with 3+ copies of your resume.

I was first approached by the Executive, and then I was shortlisted to speak with another Manager. The experience was quite disappointing; both interviews felt rushed and I had to follow up. Even though I felt the interviews went well, it seemed like they didn't have much respect for the role or the assistance I could provide. The worst part is they then disappeared! I followed up twice but am still waiting for an email from the company, regardless of the outcome. It's just a matter of respect and courtesy!
