Candidate-reported interview process

It was a two stage call process, but before that there were some situational and motivational questions to answer. All of which were about 300 words in length for their answer.

They conducted a phone interview and then a Zoom "superday" which included approximately five other interviews. The process was mostly behavioral.

Even though I passed the interviews and got the job offer, I'm still giving the process a negative review. It turns out the people I interviewed with weren't going to be on my actual team. So when I started working, I was with people who were really petty and difficult to get along with! The interviews themselves weren't hard, and there were 4 of them for an entry-level job. They were all pretty standard.
