AllianceBernstein General Intern interviews, decoded.

Had a standard hr screening call with 3 people on the line. They were all very friendly and receptive. One person had a noticeable accent and it was sometimes difficult to understand them, so I had to ask them to repeat themselves a few times.

I had a phone screening first, and then a virtual 1.5 hour interview. It was pretty easy overall, mostly behavioral questions. The HR person for the phone screening was very dry, but the 3 people in the panel interview were friendly. They mostly asked behavioral questions like 'Why AB' and 'tell me about a time when...'.

It starts with a one-on-one interview, and if you pass that, you move on to a super day which has 4 rounds. You'll be asked resume questions, quant questions (like those from the quant green book), portfolio questions, and a news analyze question, along with behavior questions. It's medium hard, but if you prepare appropriately, you should be good.
