My overall experience was great, although I was ghosted after the final round. It began with a recruiter phone screen where we talked about job expectations, my interest in the role, and a "tell me about yourself" segment. Next, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager and an Analyst from the team, which was mostly behavioral questions. The last round was with a VP and included questions about why asset management and why Nashville.

It was a chill and nice interview. They mainly wanted to know how I was a good fit for the job and how my background matched the position. There were also some questions about my behavior.

it was super simple - they asked me about times i faced challenges with clients, how i handle tough talks with my team or clients, and what i do when i miss a deadline or face failure at work.
