Candidate-reported interview process
First, a recruiter did a basic screening call. Then, I had a Zoom meeting with the manager, where we had in-depth conversations about the day-to-day tasks. The manager is a gem of a person. Finally, there was an in-person meeting with multiple people, focusing on high-level visioning and problem-solving critique.
The interview process was good and straightforward overall. The manager was very nice and very informative about plant productions and plans, but didn’t explain the pay structure. The facility was clean and it looked like a good job site. Unfortunately, I didn’t get hired, but it’s okay. I would recommend this plant to anyone.
I applied for a local driving job where I'd be home every night. The interview process itself was really quick and seamless, and they made an offer on the spot. However, the background check is really extensive and takes a long time for some reason. In my experience, it took over 30 days before I could start.
