Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with a recruiter call. Then, there was a test that included basic math, reading, and personality/behavioral questions. It felt a bit long for a customer service role, but it wasn't too tough for a recent grad. After the test, I talked to a manager who asked about my experience and education, and then offered me the job right away to start immediately.

The interview was great. The company is very large and has lots of room for advancement. They are hiring many positions in San Diego. This company is huge across the US, servicing hospitals, colleges, biotech, etc.

It was a panel interview, the questions were pretty standard and I felt good about them. There were several rounds to the interview process. They were really welcoming and accepting even though I was coming from a different industry. The management and receptionists were very warm.
