Candidate-reported interview process

I talked with two of the company's bosses. They asked about my skills, the instruments I can work on, and my experience with electrical and instruments.

First, there was a phone interview to check if I'd be a good fit for an onsite interview. I heard back the same week about coming in for the onsite.

The interview process was straightforward. It started with an HR phone screening, followed by an in-person meeting with both the Plant Manager and the Lab Manager. After the interviews, there was a tour of the facility where they went over the lab and the specific duties involved. They highlighted the company's significant growth and its many locations across the U.S., pointing out many career advancement opportunities.
