It was a 20 min phone interview. The interviewer was not engaged and didn't seem interested. I did all the talking. Not much more to say.
It was way too many steps and took forever. I spoke with like 4 or 5 different people. It started with phone screens and then I had a bunch of in-person interviews with HR, people from the regional leadership, and the local leadership teams.
The hiring process took a long time, spanning several months, indicating a relaxed approach to filling the role. There were significant gaps between the initial phone interviews, which were spaced 3-4 weeks apart. Following these, there was another month-long wait before the final round of three interviews, all conducted on a single day. The decision was communicated about a week after the final interviews.
