Candidate-reported interview process

Submitted my resume online and then got an email from a recruiter to schedule an interview. Since I was traveling internationally at the time, we conducted a phone interview instead. It mostly involved typical managerial and behavioral questions.

Axciom reached out to me for an interview after seeing my final project for a coding program I attended. The interview was set two days after the call. It was a team interview of 5 with the project manager and 4 devs on the team. Mostly technical interview.

First, I talked to a recruiter about my experience and skills for the job. Then, I had a 20-minute phone chat with the hiring manager. They didn't seem super interested and seemed like they'd already decided. It would be nice if they let candidates know they're not moving forward instead of making us wait and wonder.
