we started with a phone call with the hiring manager, then a panel interview over the phone with the team that works with this position, and finally an in person interview with the hiring manager and two executive leaders.
I applied for a business analyst role via my university's career site. Then I got a call late Sunday night about their interest in interviewing me. The next step was a meeting for technical recruits that felt like a shareholders meeting where a recruiter talked about company direction and a big expansion. The next day, I had a 30-minute interview with someone from the department I'd be working in. They were keen on my grasp of technical terms and ability to explain them to business folks. It was more of a chat than an interrogation, though they did ask me to elaborate on some points. After that, I was sent back to my recruiter contact, and I'm now awaiting their reply.
I had a phone interview where we talked about what I did as a BA and my knowledge on RequisitePro.
