There were 2 phone interviews and 3 in-person interviews before they made an initial offer. The whole thing took about a month, not counting the background check and drug test. Everyone I met was really nice and seemed genuinely interested in hearing about my passion for marketing and how I'd fit into their team.
I interviewed with a few people, and they asked a lot of questions. The offices were nice and clean.
We had a group interview with 5 people. It went for a bit over an hour.
