Acxiom Analyst interviews, decoded.

I applied online and then got a phone interview pretty quickly, within two weeks. The phone interview had a lot of standard questions. It was on a Monday, and then I had an in-person interview the next Friday. They gave me an offer really fast, like 30 minutes after the interview finished. The people interviewing me were nice. They asked practical questions to check my thinking and how I handle logic problems. The whole thing was good and went fast, which I was thankful for.

It was a very casual and relaxed interview process. I've interviewed for a few jobs here before, and it's always been like this. There were at least three people asking questions each time.

I did an on campus "interview" with some recruiters who basically just told me what position to apply for. I immediately got a call back after submitting my resume online which lead me to a panel interview on the Acxiom campus. It was nothing too fancy.
