Candidate-reported interview process

This was an internal hire, so there were a lot of interviews with the senior manager and team members. It started with phone interviews and then moved to in-person. They used both panel and one-on-one formats. It was a really good experience overall. The interviewers were pretty relaxed, kind of laid back, and we even did some casual chat after the formal interviews.

I applied on Acxiom's website and the first step was a phone interview. Then I had a one hour face to face interview with 4 interviewers.

So it started with a quick HR phone call, and then there was this big round of like 10 phone interviews with different people from the project team that I would be working with for a client. The whole thing took about 6 months from start to finish before they made an offer.
