Candidate-reported interview process

After an initial call with the recruiter, there were 4 short interviews with different departments and levels. The total interview time was around 2 hours. The questions asked varied with each interviewer, including both technical and cultural questions.

It was a very open process. The people I met were at different levels of the company. The work environment felt open, and the work-life balance is great. Management is very involved. They also have excellent benefits.

We started with a screener, then had two phone interviews, and finally an in-person meeting. One of the phone calls was a technical interview with a case study, and the in-person part involved chatting with various team members.
