They gave me a mock scenario and I had to write user stories and requirements for it. I also met with different team members and got to ask them questions about the culture, the work, and what a typical day is like.
It began with a recruiter chat since they found me on LinkedIn. After we talked about my experience, I had another call with a technical architect to check my Salesforce skills. Then, I was told I'd have an onsite interview, which was set up really easily. The onsite interview was basically a whole day thing, from 10 am to 4 pm. They gave me a use case to figure out, and then I had about 5 interviews, each lasting 30 to 60 minutes, where they asked about my experience and how I'd solve the use case problem. It was a pretty long process overall. It wasn't super hard though, more about how you think through problems than knowing the exact answer.
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, had a phone screen interview, after that another phone interview (1 Hour) to validate and assess ability, next on-site at HQ for a 5 hour 5 person interview with SA's and dept. leads
