It was a very open process. The people I met were at different levels of the company. The work environment felt open, and the work-life balance is great. Management is very involved. They also have excellent benefits.
The whole interview process is about 6 parts. It includes a phone screening, a technical screening to gauge your past work and knowledge, and then an interview with four people from the practice you're applying to. There's also a presentation component to assess your thinking structure and communication skills.
Had three interviews. First was with the recruitment manager to go over my work history. Then I had a second interview with a senior consultant where they asked scenario-based questions about my past projects. The last interview was with the Director, who shared more about the company's direction and the overall work environment.
