Acumen Solutions Project Manager interviews, decoded.

It was a pretty organized interview. First I talked to HR, then someone from the PM team, and then a panel of four people. Each part took about 45 minutes.

So for me, first there were a bunch of phone interviews, some with the recruiters and some with the people on the team, including managers. Then I had an in-person interview that lasted about half a day. It was one-on-one with five different people who were at different levels in the company.

I kicked things off with a recruiter at Acumen Solutions to chat about the role, see if I was interested, and check for a general fit. That screening call was pretty helpful and then I had a second phone interview with a senior manager in the project management area. After that, I had a bunch of interviews in person at their San Francisco offices. The recruiting team was great at setting up the interviews and giving me all the details.
