Acumen Solutions Business Analyst interviews, decoded.

We started with a screener, then had two phone interviews, and finally an in-person meeting. One of the phone calls was a technical interview with a case study, and the in-person part involved chatting with various team members.

I had an initial screening with the HR Recruiter at Acumen, which included a quick 15-minute quiz on Salesforce Configuration. After that, I interviewed with three people: a Project Manager, a Business Analyst, and a Senior Salesforce Consultant. For the final part, I had an exercise to complete and then present to the interviewer.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and that conversation went well. Then, I was given a short Salesforce Admin quiz, which I passed. This was followed by a phone interview with a senior business analyst, where I also had to complete job applications and was shown the benefits package. The interview with the senior BA was also successful, and he indicated that my application would move forward and HR would be in touch. I sent a thank you note, followed up by email and phone, but Acumen never got back to me, which was unprofessional given the HR lead said I could call anytime during the process.
