The interview was fine, but the team you join really matters for compliance roles. You might feel more human pressure than work pressure, with frequent check-ins on your tasks. Also, higher management doesn't always offer support during busy periods.
It was very hard and asked lot of current questions what's the situation in the currently in Sri Lanka as well in globe. Further they asked about my educational qualifications, experience also asked finance equations, ratios.
It was a terrible experience. There were two interviews, and they were both easy, featuring a couple of case studies. However, the second interview got postponed three times last minute, showing no regard for my schedule. The second interview itself involved a guesstimate question and a discussion about the compensation package, but then there was just silence afterwards. It would have been nice to get some closure after they wasted a whole month of my time, especially since I was the one reaching out. It felt like there wasn't even a hiring process, just wasting time.
