Candidate-reported interview process

So the interview started with an aptitude test. It was mainly focused on accounting, with some parts from Financial Management, SAPM, and Basic Maths. After that, we had a group discussion. The final stage was the technical round. I got through after the first round, but a couple of people had to go for a second round because the interviewers weren't fully convinced about them.

Okay so first round was like a domain and aptitude test, covering stuff like Bonds value calculation, Simple interest and compound interest, and Yield calculation. Then there was a Group Discussion, on a normal topic like your opinion on a 70-hour work week. Finally, there was one Personal Interview round, taken by HR so they asked a mix of questions.

The selection process had three rounds – first an aptitude test, then two technical interviews. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience. The interviewers weren't professional or friendly. The technical rounds seemed to favor people with previous work experience, which made it tough for freshers. The interviewers weren't supportive or encouraging, which gave a negative impression.
