This interview experience was really bad. The interviewer seemed uninterested in actually interviewing, and more focused on finding faults. It felt like they were determined to reject me, which was one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. They were also disrespectful, even shouting. I wonder how they treat their employees.
First round was a case study where I had to test my financial modelling skills using excel within a given time limit. Second round was a technical interview over zoom where they asked about my technical knowledge in financial modelling and research.
So, the interview process had a phone call, then a powerpoint presentation, and finally an HR round. The phone interview was over 30 mins, and for the presentation, they expect you to work for a day or more. The final decision is made after the presentation.
