Candidate-reported interview process

The interview experience was pretty simple and focused on core ideas. For someone new, it was mostly about accounting basics, finance jargon, and micro/macroeconomics. The interviewers were nice and wanted to gauge clear thinking, confidence, and how well you communicate. Mostly, it was a test of expressing your knowledge well, not super technical or hard questions.

I had an intro HR call and then went through two rounds of technical interviews. The technical interviews covered finance fundamentals, valuations, and some situation-based questions, like how I'd do industry research from 5 slides, and my thoughts on the current macro economic situation.

The interview process had two rounds of technical interviews. The first was a telephonic interview, and the second was an online interview. Each lasted about 30-45 minutes. The entire process lasted about a month. Thank you.
