Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved a few rounds. First, there was an HR check, followed by meetings with line managers and a director. A written assignment and an on-the-spot exam were given to assess writing and calculation skills. After the exam, candidates were asked general questions, questions about their previous work experience, and case-based questions related to investment and financial analysis.

2 rounds were held and I have cleared both the rounds. Documents were collected and after that the Hr ghosted stop answering call’s neither replied on mail. It was a very bad experience the way there guys kept on waiting the individual.

It was a really good interview experience, and the people I met were very humble. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes, and I did my best to answer all the questions they asked. I'm thankful for the opportunity and really looking forward to the possibility of working here.
