Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included a technical round with the hiring manager, followed by an HR interview. If selected, there was an additional round with directors or an associate director. They typically provide feedback within a week. The interview was considered easy to crack with no major difficulties.

The interview process for most lending and IR departments will involve an HR interview, followed by an assessment, then a technical interview, and finally a director interview. You need to pass all of them, with a final call with the director to secure the job.

The interview went for over an hour and I was asked a lot of technical questions. It was tough but I learned a lot from the interviewer.
