It was a typical interview process. First, I talked to the recruiter. Then, I had several rounds with the team and the management. Since it was a remote position, the whole process was virtual. They were responsive, and I got feedback within 2-3 days.
The interview process felt standard, and I believe it went quite well. However, I received absolutely no feedback afterwards. It showed a significant lack of respect for candidates, which was very unprofessional. I have a feeling this is indicative of how they treat their own staff.
It was a panel interview with standard questions, focused on evaluating customer obsession and communication skills. Be prepared to use the STAR method to discuss significant deals you've handled. The process was very streamlined, and the team seemed great and a good cultural fit. The product is quite mature.
