Candidate-reported interview process

Had a 30-minute chat with a Talent Acquisition Partner. It was pretty chill and organized. We talked about my background, my ARR/book size, renewals, examples of upsells, and how I approach retention. Then we discussed pay, when I could start, and if I'd be a good fit for either the Senior or Strategic AM roles.

The whole interview process was really fast and efficient, and also super well organized. Vijay was amazing to work with. He'd usually call me about an hour after the interview finished to check in, see how it went, and let me know what was next. I really enjoyed the experience with Vijay and Absorb.

Went through a bunch of interviews. There was a presentation part where I got to do a show and tell about myself, my background, and why I want this role. Thought the presentation would be stressful but it was actually a pretty casual vibe during the discussion. Overall, a good and efficient process.
