Candidate-reported interview process

This was a ghost job. After they said there were no reservations and I came very prepared, I was later told the job had gone to someone with direct experience. The job is advertised for someone who wants to break into tech, the system they use includes internal Absorb LMS. I was told there is 1 role going, and yet it is still being advertised after apparently being offered and accepted. Watch out as this is a complete waste of time

The first step was a chat with a talent partner. They didn't seem very engaged and asked basic questions, not really understanding sales terms that most people in the field know.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and good, although it went on for a bit. I spoke with a recruiter first, then the hiring manager, then I had to do a presentation, and the last step was meeting with a VP.
