First, there was a round where everyone introduced themselves, and then based on what you said, the HR interviewer from the consultancy asked you some somewhat random questions. Then a group activity where you solved a case to later present it in front of the YPF interviewers. Individual interview with two YPF interviewers who wanted to know more about you and what motivated you to be part of the company. The negative part is that for a young professional program, there were many candidates with quite a bit of work experience.

First, you fill out a form with various questions, upload your CV and cover letter. Then, on a platform, you take a personality and English test. After that, they contact you to schedule a virtual meeting where they ask personal questions or about why you applied. If you are selected, you go to the refinery for a group activity where you introduce yourself and do a group activity with HR and company specialists.

Technical Behavioral Group Case Presentation
The recruitment process for the Direcciona consultancy takes about 1.5 months. First, you'll get two timed tests: one verbal and one numerical. If you pass those, they'll call you to discuss the program details, salary, and hiring terms, including potential relocation depending on the role. Next is a virtual group interview. You'll receive a case study a few days prior to analyze and prepare for the session. You'll also have a chance to introduce yourself. Within two weeks, they'll let you know if you're selected for the third stage: an all-day, in-person group interview at their main office. This includes a team-based simulator case study, followed by a presentation to the board. On the same day, you'll have individual interviews with HR and YPF supervisors. If you advance, after about a week, you'll undergo pre-employment screenings and talent mapping with a psychologist. Note that this doesn't guarantee program entry; it's part of the selection process. They'll inform you about your admission status within another 1-2 weeks.
