First, you fill out a form with various questions, upload your CV and cover letter. Then, on a platform, you take a personality and English test. After that, they contact you to schedule a virtual meeting where they ask personal questions or about why you applied. If you are selected, you go to the refinery for a group activity where you introduce yourself and do a group activity with HR and company specialists.

There were several steps. First, an online application with various tests. Then, a call to confirm details. After that, a virtual group interview and then an in-person one. They take too long to give feedback if you don't get selected. They wait until the entire process is finished to respond, even to applicants who didn't pass.

First we had an initial call to check our data. Then, we went to the tower for a group assessment. In this assessment, we started with some random questions from a roulette, like 'what is your wallpaper and why?'. After that, they asked us what tools we would bring to a desert island. Finally, we had to create a model of an innovation project for the company and defend it. The last step was a video call with the head of the area.
