Sales Associate
It was a really good process. It was my first time doing a group interview, and I was interviewed by the team leads and managers. We all did an individual presentation, and then a role-play. If you passed that stage, the next step was a one-on-one interview, and finally, a pre-employment check.
- Tell me about your past experiences and can you do a role play?
Sales Associate
I received two calls because I missed the first one, not realizing it was a job offer. They scheduled me for the next day at a specific time, and there were several of us invited at the same time. They asked me about my past work, how my previous jobs went, my previous salary, where I lived, and if I had transportation to get there because I'm not from that area. It's been two days, and I don't think I got the job because they haven't called me back.
- Tell me about your residence.
- Do you have your own transportation?
- Describe your experience in customer service.
Sales Associate
you go in, have a quick chat (less than 10 minutes), they ask you very few things and it's over. The interview is the framework where the data we have about the candidate, collected in other stages of the hiring process, is integrated and all the candidate's personality traits are analyzed to determine if they are suitable for the position to be filled.
- Where are you from?
- Are you studying?
- Do you know how to make coffee?
