The recruitment process for the Direcciona consultancy takes about 1.5 months. First, you'll get two timed tests: one verbal and one numerical. If you pass those, they'll call you to discuss the program details, salary, and hiring terms, including potential relocation depending on the role. Next is a virtual group interview. You'll receive a case study a few days prior to analyze and prepare for the session. You'll also have a chance to introduce yourself. Within two weeks, they'll let you know if you're selected for the third stage: an all-day, in-person group interview at their main office. This includes a team-based simulator case study, followed by a presentation to the board. On the same day, you'll have individual interviews with HR and YPF supervisors. If you advance, after about a week, you'll undergo pre-employment screenings and talent mapping with a psychologist. Note that this doesn't guarantee program entry; it's part of the selection process. They'll inform you about your admission status within another 1-2 weeks.
