It was a group interview with 15 people. We formed groups of 5 and had to go to the front to talk about ourselves using drawings. They asked us to draw things like 'your present', 'your future', 'how you see yourself in 5 years', and 'who you are'. Then we had a group challenge to create the YPF of the future.

Me citaron a la entrevista en las instalaciones donde iba a realizar la pasantía. Me entrevistó una persona de recursos humanos junto con el jefe del sector al que aspiraba. Me preguntaron muchas cosas de carácter no técnico, como hobbies, gustos, cómo iba con el estudio, si alguna vez me había encontrado en problemas y cómo lo había resuelto, si alguna vez tuve que tomar el liderazgo en algún grupo y cómo me fue, etc. Y nada más.
