So, I had two rounds for this Data Analyst Intern role. First was a technical one where they drilled down into Excel, SQL, and general data analysis stuff. We also talked about my past projects, focusing on how I managed data cleaning and reporting. Then, there was an HR round. That covered my background, what I think my strengths and weaknesses are, and my career aspirations. It was pretty straightforward, not too hard, and the people were nice and helpful.

After that, there was a panel interview, and then they did a background check before extending an offer. They asked about why I wanted to join the company and this specific position. The answers needed to align with the job description. Oh, and there were diversity and inclusion questions too.
