The whole process was super smooth and everyone was really helpful. They moved things along quickly and made sure I knew what was happening. It usually starts with them looking at applications to see who fits the bill based on what's on paper. Then, there's a chat with HR to go over basics like when you can start, what you want to earn, and just to see how you communicate. After that, you might have some interviews where they check your technical skills for the job. If you do well, you'll likely talk to a manager or a group of people who will assess how you solve problems, if you'd fit in with the team, and your general behavior. Sometimes there's another HR chat to make sure you're a good fit for the company vibe and to cover any remaining details. If they decide to move forward, they'll send an offer, and you might discuss the details before they get you all set up and introduced to the company.

The interview process started with an aptitude test, followed by a French language interview. Then there was a discussion with the hiring manager, and the final round was with HR. French language proficiency is crucial for this role, requiring the ability to speak, write, and understand French, as the second round will be conducted entirely in French.

The interview process started with resume shortlisting, which I cleared. Next was an online test assessing basic DSA and including two medium-level coding questions and one SQL question. I cleared this as well. The first technical round involved questions on OOPS concepts and two easy-level array questions, with a focus on optimizing the approach. I cleared this. The second technical round was where I learned the job was for a Technical Analyst, but I was aiming for Software Developer or Software Engineer roles. Because of this mismatch, I didn't answer the questions correctly and didn't clear this round.
