Creative Manager
The interview was pretty simple: first a phone screen, then a take-home assignment, and finally a panel interview. Everyone was on time and professional. The job looked cool, but the pay wasn't what I wanted, so I passed.
- Can you walk me through your past roles?
- What are you looking to earn?
Manager
Got a great overview of understanding the company’s mission and the role's demands. It was a two-way communication where the interviewer listened to me. They asked Behavioral and Situational Questions, assessed my Cultural Fit and Soft Skills, and then we had a feedback session.
- Can you share an example from your past experience that demonstrates your ability to handle behavioral and situational challenges?
- Tell me about a time you faced a difficult situation and how you navigated it.
- Describe a scenario where you had to make a tough decision.
Manager
You start by submitting your resume, cover letter, and any other required application materials through the company's website or via email. Once your application is received, the company may conduct an initial screening to assess whether you meet the basic requirements for the position. This may involve a review of your resume and possibly a brief phone or video call with a recruiter. If you pass the initial screening, you'll typically be invited for a first interview. This could be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video conference, depending on the company's preference and your location. The first interview may focus on assessing your skills, experience, and fit for the role. You may be asked behavioral questions, technical questions, or a combination of both.
- Can you discuss your past work experience?
