The process was pretty straightforward: they reviewed my application, then had a quick screening call. After that, there was a technical/skills test. Then the main interview with HR and the manager, where we talked about the role and what they expected. They did a candidate assessment, made the final selection, and extended a job offer. Finally, I confirmed, and it was time for onboarding.
