First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at XYZ.
Intern
The interview process was structured and well-organized. It began with an initial HR screening call, where my background and interest in the role were discussed. This was followed by a technical round that included coding questions and problem-solving exercises. After that, I had a managerial/behavioral interview, where they assessed my past projects, teamwork, and communication skills. Finally, there was an HR discussion covering compensation and role expectations. Overall, the process was smooth, and the interviewers were professional.

First, you'll need to submit your application, which means sending in your resume and cover letter, likely through an online form on their website. Then comes the initial screening, where a recruiter might give you a call or video chat to talk about your resume and why you're interested in the role. They might also give you a technical or coding test to see if you've got the skills. After that, there are technical interviews. This could be a coding test on a platform like HackerRank or LeetCode, or a live coding session. You'll also have a technical interview that goes deeper into your programming knowledge, like algorithms, data structures, or ML. Then there are behavioral interviews. The HR interview usually looks at your resume, past work, how you'd fit in, and your soft skills, with questions like 'Tell me about a tough project' or 'How do you deal with arguments?' You might also get scenario questions to test how you solve problems. Some places have a final round with senior people, where you'll chat about your projects, future plans, and if you align with the company. After everything, they'll review your interviews. If you do well, you'll get a job offer with all the details. You can then negotiate the salary and benefits. Once you accept, there's the onboarding, which involves paperwork, training, and meeting the team.
