Assistant Achats
First, the PAM reviews applications and shortlists candidates who meet the job requirements. Then, shortlisted candidates might take a written test to assess their knowledge and skills. Finally, candidates selected after the written test will have an oral interview with a panel from the PAM. This interview will cover your qualifications, experience, skills, and motivation.

Intern
The interview was friendly, with personal questions and technical ones about ongoing projects and the company vision. I was stressed because it was the second stage after a technical test, but the interviewers were friendly in a professional way. Unfortunately, I wasn't accepted.
- Can you share your experience and interests?
- What are your thoughts on teamwork?
- Can you discuss your experience with current projects?
HR Officer
After my application, I received an email for the initial tests within a month. A week later, my interview with a panel of three people (recruiter, regional HR partner, Country Operations Manager) via Zoom was scheduled. It was a 45-minute session, and camera use was mandatory. I found out I wasn't selected on Workday, and the results were posted about a week after the interview. The initial steps involved 200 DISC questions, followed by numerical, logical, spatial, and verbal assessments.
- Tell us about yourself and what you would contribute to this position?
- How do you handle a heavy workload?
- How do you organize yourself?
Policy Officer
So the interview process was like this: first there was a recruiter call, then a panel interview which was kinda intense, like four people on it. They were from HR, a technical person, the hiring manager, and someone from another country office, which was interesting. After that, there was a presentation part, then a background check, and finally, if all went well, an offer.
- Why are you interested in this position?
- Could you elaborate on your background regarding [Technical Competency 1]?
- How would you tackle [Technical Competency 2] when dealing with policies?
