I applied in January, got a test in March, and then had the interview in May. The interview itself was competency-based, with about 6 or 7 situational questions. I'm not sure if this is the best way to interview, especially for people like me who don't have a great memory for recalling specific situations on the spot. I haven't heard back about the results yet.

  • Describe a situation where you managed conflict.
  • Give an example of a decision you made.
