First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at World Food Programme.
Human Resources Assistant
The whole thing took a few weeks. They were clear about everything and explained each step. It began with an aptitude test, then a written technical test, and finally a spoken competency-based interview. There was about three to four weeks between each stage.
- In what ways can the company promote diversity and inclusion at work?
Human Resources Assistant
Application, Shortlisting, Online Interview, another online interview than one on one. I failed the online interview. Hopefully next time I go passed that stage. Usually I would have assumed that its always unfair hiring but this was one of the best and an eye oppening
- Did you complete the Physocametric test?
- How did you perform on the Numeric test?
- Were you able to solve the Logical test?
Human Resources Assistant
The interview had a few parts. First, they asked me to talk about myself, why I want to join the company, and how my skills fit the job. Then, we discussed what makes a good leader and a time I dealt with a tough situation. There was also a question about teamwork, though I don't recall the exact wording. Finally, I had to answer a question in French about working in a diverse, multicultural setting. The interview itself wasn't too hard because I was ready, but the tests were challenging.
- Why are you interested in working here and how do your qualifications align with succeeding in this position?
- What are the characteristics of effective leadership?
- Describe a challenging situation you faced and your approach to resolving it.
