It was a competency-based interview with a panel of 2-3 interviewers. They focused on my past experiences and asked for examples of how I've demonstrated specific competencies in work scenarios. The overall feeling was positive, although I wish there had been more time for me to ask questions about the role, benefits, or what's expected.

After my application, I received an email for the initial tests within a month. A week later, my interview with a panel of three people (recruiter, regional HR partner, Country Operations Manager) via Zoom was scheduled. It was a 45-minute session, and camera use was mandatory. I found out I wasn't selected on Workday, and the results were posted about a week after the interview. The initial steps involved 200 DISC questions, followed by numerical, logical, spatial, and verbal assessments.
