There were 4 interviews in total. 2 interviews happened back to back a week apart. The interview process was standard and pretty easy if you really understand the role and can explain your experience well. You also need to do an excel test, which is not difficult if you know basic formulas and how to make a pivot table.

It was a pretty standard interview process. The store's General Manager was really nice and gave me a good overview of how the company is structured and their procedures for opening and closing procedures. They also let me know what they expect for the role and mentioned I'd get to plan my own events within the brand's guidelines.

The interview process was quick, easy, and not too formal. The first two rounds were conversational with some cutesy questions. The last round, I spoke with a senior director who seemed indifferent, and wasn't kind, engaging, or excited. After that, I withdrew my application due to the experience and the extremely low salary.

Applied online for the designer role, and then got contacted for an in-person interview in Denver, Colorado. I'm from Portland, so I flew out for the interview with the manager. He asked me some questions, and we chatted for a bit. I thought it went really well and liked the store's atmosphere and cleanliness. Since I paid for my own travel, I was hoping to hear back, but he never contacted me. I sent him two emails after the interview - one thank you, and another to check in two weeks later. Still no response, which was disappointing and not how I'd manage. The manager never followed up.
