I first met one on one with a hiring manager then came back for a second interview with the store manager. The process took about two weeks. It was quick and easy. I had little Visual merchandising experience but I do have retail experience and let them know I was a fast learner, reliable, and willing to learn about visual merchandising.

Behavioral Other

The whole process took about 2 weeks. First, there was a phone call with the VM Manager. Then, an in-person interview with the VM Manager and Store Managers, which included a walk around the showroom. I got the job after the second interview. It was a super straightforward and transparent process. They offer a flexible schedule once you're hired.
