Behavioral Presentation

Overall it was a fast and easy process. Everyone I met with was very easy to talk to. It started with a call with HR, followed by three video calls with peers, and then one video call with the VP. The final round involved a project presentation to the VP.

Behavioral Case

The interview process began with two phone calls from an HR partner. Afterward, they reached out for multiple virtual interviews. Each virtual interview session typically lasted for three hours, with one hour dedicated to speaking with a different person who asked questions similar to those on a list. It felt like a bit of a red flag that I never heard back from my HR contact after dedicating so much time to this interview process, around 9-12 hours, as I was considered for several positions. I get that they're busy, but if you ask me to block out three hours of my time, while working full-time, the day before my interviews, I think I should at least get an email stating I'm no longer being considered.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and HR got back to me in about 3 days. I had 3 rounds of phone or video calls, and then I had an in person interview. I know I wasn't as ready as I should've been, but you do what you can. It's pretty rude to ghost someone after stringing them along for over 3 weeks, so I hope they send a rejection letter.
