Cashier
It was a straightforward chat where they wanted to see if I had the right skills and experience for the job, and if I'd fit in. They asked me some questions about what I'd do in certain situations, asked for examples from when I've worked before, and we also talked about what the job involves, chances to move up, and what the company is all about. It was a professional setting.

So I recently went through the interview process for a role here. It was a total of 3 rounds. Started with a basic screening, then a technical interview, and finally met with the hiring manager. Everyone was really nice and professional, and it all felt pretty organized. It was a good chance to find out more about the company and what the job entails.

It was quite challenging to secure an interview, requiring me to visit the store approximately 3 to 4 times. Once I managed to get an interview, the process itself was quite direct. They posed some fundamental questions and inquired about my availability, given that I was applying for a part-time position.

General Manager
After a quick phone call, I had my first in-person meeting. They showed up 30 minutes late, and the interview itself went for an hour. They had a list of questions they asked and wrote down my answers. A few days later, they called me for a second interview over Zoom with the head of operations. We scheduled it, but then they wanted to move it to the next day, which was fine. However, just a few hours before the rescheduled time, I realized I hadn't received the meeting link. They didn't respond until the following day, apologizing and saying they'd call to reschedule again. Three weeks passed with no call, no interview, and honestly, I'm not interested anymore because the whole process was completely unprofessional.
