Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wendy's.
Cashier
It was a straightforward chat where they wanted to see if I had the right skills and experience for the job, and if I'd fit in. They asked me some questions about what I'd do in certain situations, asked for examples from when I've worked before, and we also talked about what the job involves, chances to move up, and what the company is all about. It was a professional setting.
- Can you tell me about yourself, your availability, and your work authorization?
Cashier
My interview at Wendy’s was fast and friendly. The manager asked simple questions about my availability, teamwork, and customer service skills. I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. The process moved quickly, and I received a response within a couple of days. Overall, it was an easy process that made the job expectations clear.
- Do you work well in a team?
Chef
It was a standard interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked about basic education and my readiness to work with customers, as expected in this industry. A uniform is required, which is also typical for the field. It's too early to comment on the staff or management.
- Can you tell me about your availability for different shifts?
