First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wendy's.
Team Member
It was a quick and simple process. The interview included average questions about teamwork and punctuality. The manager seemed busy but was nice, and the other employees didn't seem very happy. About a week later, the manager called to offer me the job.
- Can you share an instance where you collaborated within a team?
Team Member
I met with the general manager in the restaurant's dining area. They offered me a drink and made me feel at ease. The interview wasn't stressful, and I felt comfortable being truthful about my abilities and areas where I need to develop.
- Tell me about your availability.
- What skills do you possess?
- How do you work in a team?
Team Member
They gave me a call to set up an interview. When I went in, the manager asked me if I had any experience in fast-food or restaurants. They also wanted to know if I had experience with taking orders, making sandwiches, cleaning the workspace, and using the fryer or grill.
- Are you available right now?
- What is the pay?
